It has been elaborated by one of the Penedès Masters with the Charmat method to obtain a sparkling wine that saves the essences and best aromas of the organic Pinot Noir grapes (100%).
An intense wine, full of nuances where the citrus aromas (orange and grapefruit) predominate, together with the berries (cherry and strawberry), over a base note of flowers and menthol.
